Section 116.570 - Complaint or disciplinary hearing concerning provisional community manager1. The Division shall provide a copy of any complaint filed against, or a disciplinary hearing or other proceeding commenced against, a provisional community manager to the supervising community manager with whom the provisional community manager is associated.2. The supervising community manager with whom the provisional community manager is associated shall attend any disciplinary hearing before the Commission or a hearing panel concerning that provisional community manager.Nev.
