Section 116.565 - Amendment and withdrawal of complaints; continuances1. A complaint may be amended at any time.2. The Commission or a hearing panel may grant a continuance if the amendment materially alters the complaint or a respondent demonstrates an inability to prepare for the case in a timely manner.3.
