Section 400-2-002 - AGENCY RULE MAKING

This section establishes the rules and regulations for a person or entity to petition for rulemaking to promulgate, amend, or repeal a rule or regulation regarding matters under the jurisdiction of the Department

002.01 The Department adopts and incorporates by reference the Model Rules promulgated by the Attorney General for procedures governing rulemaking found at 53 NAC 2.
