Section 400-2-001 - NEGOTIATED RULEMAKING

This section establishes the rules and regulations to petition for negotiated rulemaking for matters under the jurisdiction of the Department

001.01 The Department adopts and incorporates by reference the Model Rules promulgated by the Attorney General for procedures governing negotiated rulemaking found at 53 NAC 1.

Adopted effective 9/20/2023
