Rental and lease revenues may be used for reasonable and necessary expenses Incurred by the local organization in the management of such lands with prior Department approval. As the Department Is responsible for overseeing the management of such lands, the local organization shall consult with the Department prior to such management action and shall keep the Department Informed of all matters relevant to property management.
