Inactive registrants may apply for renewal of inactive registrations by submitting an inactive registration renewal form. Inactive registrants who do not submit an inactive registration renewal form by April 1 of each odd numbered year will be canceled. Inactive registrants are not required to submit proof of Professional Development Hours.
