Any registrant so canceled may, on or after April 2nd, reinstate the registration by submitting the Application for Reinstatement of Registration, Professional Development Hours Form, proof of Professional Development Hours, and the appropriate fees. The fee for reinstatement is the same as the biennial renewal fee plus a delinquent fee as set forth in the fee schedule. Upon receipt of the Application for Reinstatement of Registration, Professional Development Hours Form, proof of Professional Development Hours, and the appropriate fees, the Examining Board will consider reinstatement of said registration for the remainder of the biennium at its next regularly scheduled meeting.
