All boiler rooms exceeding five hundred square feet floor area and containing one (1) or more gas fired objects having a fuel burning capacity in excess of 400,000 Btu/hr shall have two (2) means of exit.
Condensate return tanks shall be equipped with at least two (2) vents or a vent and overflow pipe to protect against a loose float plugging a single connection.
