Section 172-69-011 - FEES

Fees referred to in these regulations are set out in Neb. Rev. Stat. § 71-1363 and as follows:

(A) $300 for an initial and renewed crematory license;

(B) $300 for reinstatement of a license that has lapsed or has been suspended;

(C) $75 for a change in location or ownership; and

(D) $10 for a change in name.
