Section 172-69-010 - WITHDRAWN APPLICATIONS

An applicant for an initial license or a renewal of a license, may request to withdraw the application. A request to withdraw will be granted when:

(A) The application is incomplete; or

(B) The request for withdrawal is received within 5 business days after the receipt of a completed application.
