Section 138-3-002 - Conduct of Hearing

3.002.01 Hearing Officer

The hearing shall be conducted by a Hearing Officer appointed by the Commission.

3.002.02 Public Hearing Procedure

The Hearing Officer shall conduct the public hearing in accordance with the formal rules of evidence, where consistent with the statutory times in which to conduct the public hearing.
