Section 138-3-001 - Public Hearings and Consolidations of Proceedings
3.001.01 Open to Public

A hearing conducted by a Hearing Officer hereunder shall be open to the public.

3.001.02 Consolidation of Proceedings

Two or more proceedings against the same Respondent arising out of the same set of circumstances, or two or more proceedings by the same Complainant against two or more Respondents arising out of the same set of circumstances, may be consolidated by the Hearing Officer, at his or her discretion, for the purposes of public hearing.
