Section 128-1-046 - Elementary neutralization unit
"Elementary neutralization unit" means a device which:
046.01 Is used for neutralizing wastes that are hazardous only because they exhibit the corrosivity characteristic defined in Chapter 3, 008 or are listed in Chapter 3, 011 through 016 only for this reason; and046.02 Meets the definition of tank, tank system, container, transport vehicle or vessel in this Chapter.
