Section 117-1-064 - Thirty-Day Five-Year (30Q5) Low Flow

"Thirty-Day Five-Year (30Q5) Low Flow" means the discharge at the five-year recurrence interval determined from a frequency distribution of annual values of the lowest average discharge for thirty consecutive days.
