Section 117-1-063 - Thirty-Day Five-Year (30Q5) High Flow

"Thirty-Day Five-Year (30Q5) High Flow" means the discharge at the five year recurrence interval determined from a frequency distribution of annual values of the highest average discharge for thirty consecutive days.
