A fee of $ 10.00 for filing and recording must accompany the application for subleasing, plus an additional fee of twenty cents ($ 0.20) per acre for each acre sought to be subleased to defray the expenses involved in the supervision of subleases. The fees shall be refunded if the application is rejected by the Board.
