Section 273-1-003 - MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY

Management retains all rights not granted to employees by these rules. Such rights include, but are not limited to, all authorities and responsibilities conferred to agency heads and management personnel pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. § 81-1311.
