Section 273-1-002 - AGENCY RULES AND POLICIES - CONFLICTS

These rules do not limit the authority of any agency head to make rules governing the conduct of departmental employees and the performance of department functions, provided such departmental rules are consistent with these rules and any collective bargaining agreement entered into by the State.
