Rule 37.41.120 - AREA PLAN, AMENDMENT/DEVELOPMENT(1) An area agency shall amend the area plan if:(a) newly enacted or amended state or federal law necessitates revision in order to comply with the law; or(b) local law, organization, policy, or agency operations change and are no longer accurately reflected in the area plan.(2) The area agency may use its Older Americans Act-funded subgrants and contracts only for activities under the approved area plan.Mont.
