Rule 37.110.230 - DRESSING ROOMS AND LOCKER AREAS(1) If food employees and other authorized persons routinely change clothes within the establishment, rooms or areas must be designated and used for that purpose. These designated rooms or areas may not be used for food preparation, storage or service, or for utensil washing or storage.(2) Enough lockers or other suitable facilities must be provided and used for the orderly storage of food employee and other authorized person's clothing and other belongings. Lockers or other suitable facilities must be located in the designated dressing rooms, in food storage rooms, or areas containing only completely packaged food or packaged single-service articles.Mont.
