Rule 32.3.1307 - SAMPLE COLLECTION(1) The owner of the flock or his or her agent will have a deputy state veterinarian collect and submit tissues from animals reported pursuant to 9 CFR 79.2 at paragraph (a)(2)(ii) to an APHIS-designated laboratory.
