Rule 32.3.1306 - AVAILABILITY FOR INSPECTION(1) Animals in the flock and those records required under 9 CFR 79.2 (a) (2) (iv) shall be available for inspection by the appropriate authority upon reasonable notice given to the owner of the flock or his or her agent.
