Rule 23.19.412 - NOTIFICATION OF PARTIES AND ARBITRATORS(1) The department shall notify the consumer of the department's acceptance or rejection of his or her request for arbitration.(2) If the department accepts a request for arbitration, the department shall notify the manufacturer, by certified mail, of the filing of the request for arbitration.(3) The department shall enclose with the notification a manufacturer's statement form and require the manufacturer to return the form within 15 days of receipt, with a filing fee of $250.Mont.
