Rule 17.50.819 - INCORPORATION BY REFERENCE AND AVAILABILITY OF REFERENCED DOCUMENTS(1) The department adopts and incorporates by reference:(a) Department Circular DEQ-2, Design Standards for Public Sewage Systems (2018 edition), which sets forth design standards for public sewage systems;(b) Method 9095 (the Paint Filter Liquids Test) in Manual SW-846, "Test Methods for Evaluating Solid Waste, Physical/Chemical Methods," U.S. EPA (Update IIIA); and(2) Copies of materials adopted and incorporated by reference in this subchapter may be obtained from the Community Services Bureau, Department of Environmental Quality, P.O.
