Rule 17.50.301 - STATE SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT AND RESOURCE RECOVERY PLAN(1) The department adopts and incorporates by reference the Integrated Waste Management Plan (IWMP), 2013 edition, as the state solid waste management and resource recovery plan.
