Rule 40-2-3.3 - HUNTING OF WILD TURKEY OVER BAIT PROHIBITED Public Notice 2382 is hereby amended.
A. No person, at any time, shall take, catch, kill or attempt to take, catch, or kill any wild turkey by means, aid or use, directly or indirectly, of any bait such as shelled, shucked or un-shucked corn or of wheat or other grain, or any other feed whatsoever that has been so deposited or scattered so as to constitute an attraction or enticement to, on, or over the area where such person or persons are attempting to kill or take them; provided, however, that wild turkeys may be taken over grains resulting from normal agricultural practices.B. No person, at any time, shall take, or kill, or attempt to take or kill any wild turkey with the aid or use of a dog or live decoy.C. No person, at any time, shall take, kill, or attempt to take or kill any wild turkey with the aid of records or tapes or sound reproducing devices or electrically amplified imitation turkey calls of any kind.Miss.
