Rule 40-2-3.2 - LAWFUL MEANS FOR TAKING WILD TURKEY

Public Notice 3420 is hereby amended.

BE IT ORDERED, that the hunting of turkeys during the spring gobbler season shall be restricted to shotguns with shot no larger than number two (2), and compound, recurve, and long bows. Provided, however, that any quadriplegic may hunt turkey with a rifle.
