Rule 40-1-4.2 - Setting the HearingA. The Commission on Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks shall fix the time and place of such hearing and shall notify all parties thereto by certified mail. Individuals coming before the Commission may appear personally, by counsel, or both, produce witnesses and cross-examine witnesses.B. The Commission shall delegate one of its members to act as the presiding officer or obtain the services of counsel from the Attorney General's Office to act as the presiding officer for the Commission.Miss.
