MDRS maintains a written policy of timely orientation of new staff members, staff moving to new positions, consultants, volunteers and interns/trainees. Organized documentation is maintained on orientation of staff, volunteers and interns/trainees. Any personal risk, liability, and insurance coverage are communicated to the volunteers and interns/trainees.
