Each client shall participate in the development of his/her Individual Evaluation Plan. Any evaluation plan is based on the referral information, intake interview, questions asked by the referral source, stated purpose of the evaluation, opportunities available in the local labor market, and the individuals interests and capabilities.
Most services rendered by AbilityWorks can be obtained either inside the facility or outside the facility through LINCS (see section 3 page 29). Even vocational testing can be arranged to be completed at an off site location, if this is the appropriate option for all parties concerned.
