Section 22-23-19-104

Conditional Consistency Certifications may be issued by the Department if requested by a Coastal Program Agency based on regulatory policies, guidelines, or statutes. The proposed action will be considered in compliance with the PROGRAM only if the specified conditions are met. A conditioned consistency certification allows a proposed action to proceed without the need for additional review, provided that the specified conditions are met.
