Section 22-23-19-103

The Department will issue a Coastal Program Consistency Certification if no Coastal Program Agency has objected to the proposed action on the basis of regulatory policies, guidelines, or statutes. If a Coastal Program Agency has not commented within the allotted review time, its concurrence with the proposed activity will be assumed.
