In addition to the definitions set forth in § 79-22-5, the following words where used in this chapter have the following meanings
1. COMMISSIONER - refers to the Commissioner of the Mississippi Department of Agriculture and Commerce.2. CULTIVATION/MARKETING PERMIT - a permit issued by the Department:a. Allows an aquaculturist to culture approved aquatic products,b. Provide a mechanism for tracing marketed and cultured aquatic products to verify that they were not harvested from the wild andc. Prevent the release of undesirable species into the environment.3. GAMEFISH STOCKING - The Department may issue a permit for gamefish prohibited in Miss. Code Ann. § 79-22-9(1)(b) for stocking purposes only in accordance with Miss. Code Ann. § 49-7-87(2)2 Miss. Code. R. 1-4-11-101
