Each truck body, trailer body, semi-trailer body or other equipment so used in transportation of said rendering operation shall be of all metal construction, water-tight, and which can be readily cleaned and maintained in a sanitary condition. Cleaning and disinfection of each unit shall be conducted according to methods and procedures as approved or as prescribed by the Department of Agriculture.
