Each shipping container, carcass, or individual package prepared under the authority of these regulations shall bear in distinct legible form the identification of the contents and the name and address of the processor, or distributor, together with such other necessary information as the Commissioner may require. Labels and stamp markings shall not contain information which is false or misleading and shall be approved as provided by law, regulations, or under uniform inspection procedures.
