Every bull moved within this state which is sold, exchanged, leased, rented, or otherwise transferred in ownership or possession (hereafter collectively referred to as "transferred") from one person to another shall be accompanied by a signed Virgin Bull Statement or a test result showing that the bull is free from (hereafter referred to as "negative test result" or "testing negative"). Bulls coming into stockyards without a Virgin Bull Statement or a valid negative Trich Test must be consigned to slaughter. A bull may be purchased from the slaughter pen to be tested for T. foetus, and held at the stockyard pending a negative test.
