Section 2-1-2-19-100 - Entry Into State

No bull that has tested positive for Tritrichomonas foetus shall be brought into this state for any purpose whatsoever except to go directly to slaughter and must be on a 1-27 Form accompanied by a permit.

Every bull moved into this state shall be accompanied by a test result showing that the bull is free from T. foetus (hereafter referred to as "negative test result" or "testing negative") except for the following bulls.

1. Exhibition and rodeo bulls that are temporarily in the state only for the purpose of the event and will be leaving the state after the event;
2. Bulls consigned to go directly to slaughter with Permit.
3. Virgin bulls with accompanying statement.
4. Intact bulls entering for castration for feeding purposes with Permit, to be castrated within 7 days of entry.
