The Commission, the Executive Committee or the Chair may schedule a special meeting called to discuss a specific item or items of business. All Commission members must be notified by mail, phone, fax or email. The date, time and location of any called meeting will be posted at a designated state office building for public notice of such meetings in accordance with the Open Meetings Act.
