A participant shall receive the following penalties when non-compliance with any written CCPP program policy is violated. This Rule applies to only those policy violations that do not result in an improper payment. Examples of non-compliance include but are not limited to:
1. Forging signatures on submitted documents2. Submitting false information to DECCD for any reason3. Failure to report changes as required in this policy manual When policy violations occur, the following penalties will be enacted:
a. First Identified Instance: Suspension from CCPP for a period of six (6) months and mandatory policy training prior to the end of suspension.b. Second Identified Instance: Suspension from CCPP for a period of one (1) year and mandatory policy training prior to the end of suspension.c. Third Identified Instance: Permanent termination from participation in the CCPP. 18 Miss. Code. R. 17-9.13
