(1) An applicant shall apply for a grant on a form furnished by the department.(2) To be eligible for a grant, an applicant shall be a local unit of government or be organized for educational and charitable purposes within the meaning of 26 USC 501(c)(3) that includes promoting and facilitating the expansion and improvement of the snowmobile trail system in this state.Mich.
