(1) An applicant shall apply for a grant on a form furnished by the department.(2) The state recreational trails coordinator may establish regional committees comprised of appropriate trail users and department staff to assist on an annual basis in setting maintenance rates, trail design and grooming specifications, and in selecting grant recipients.(3) Grant selection criteria and process shall be explained in the application form provided by the department.Mich.
