Section R. 336.1360 - Visible emissions from coke oven push stacks

Rule 360.

(1) A person shall not cause or permit to be discharged to the outer air, from a coke oven push stack, a visible emission with a density of more than 20% opacity.

(2) Compliance with the limit specified in this rule shall be determined using reference test method 9B.
