Section R. 336.1359 - Visible emissions from scarfer operation stacks at steel manufacturing facilitiesRule 359.
(1) A person shall not cause or permit to be discharged to the outer air, from a scarfer operation stack at a steel manufacturing facility, a visible emission with a density of more than 25% opacity.(2) Compliance with the limit of this rule shall be determined using reference test method 9A.Mich.
