Section 08.03.02.14 - Commercial Enterprise

A person may not conduct commercial activities on Service controlled lands and waters without a use permit from the Service.

Regulations .14 were previously codified as Regulations .57, .58, .11, .01, .23, .29, .33, .36, .37, .38, .39, .41, .42, .47, .49, .50, .53, .59, .60, .61, .62, and .35, respectively, under COMAR 08.03.01 Wildlife Conservation.
