Section 08.03.02.13 - Release of Animals or Plants

A person may not release any animals or plants on Service controlled lands without a use permit from the Service.

Regulations .13 were previously codified as Regulations .57, .58, .11, .01, .23, .29, .33, .36, .37, .38, .39, .41, .42, .47, .49, .50, .53, .59, .60, .61, .62, and .35, respectively, under COMAR 08.03.01 Wildlife Conservation.
