Section 629-4-3 - Deviation from rulesA.Variation from this rule. In special cases, where good cause appears, the Board may permit deviation from these rules or may deviate from them upon its own motion, insofar as the Board may find compliance therewith to be impracticable, inexpedient or unnecessary.B.Limitation. Nothing in this section shall permit the Board to modify or deviate from any procedural requirement or deadline that is expressly set forth in a statute without provision for waiver.C.Request. Except under extraordinary circumstances, all requests for deviation from procedural rules must be made in writing.
