These rules will govern all adjudicatory proceedings before the Board under applicable laws of the State of Maine, except as otherwise provided by statute or rule. When the circumstances of a particular proceeding require more detailed procedures than those established by this rule, additional procedures may be specified by order of the Board, applicable to that particular proceeding.B.Construction.
