Prior to issuing a certificate of approval, the chief executive officer of the Authority shall convene and conduct a public hearing with respect to the application. As required by the Act, the applicant shall notify any businesses identified pursuant to section 2, subsection J of the date, time and place of the hearing and provide the Authority with a copy of each notice. The chief executive officer may require such other or further notice as may be necessary or desirable to provide adequate notice to affected businesses.
