Section 553-10-19 - COMMISSION POLICY1.Meetings. The commission shall meet at least once each month to propose or adopt rules as necessary, to make recommendations and set policy for the operation of the State Lottery and to transact any other business that comes before the commission. To the maximum extent possible, the recommendations and policies of the commission must be written and maintained at State Lottery Headquarters in a manner readily available to the director, the State Lottery staff and members of the public.18-553 C.M.R. ch. 10, § 19
