Section 144-325-VI - ELIGIBILITY CATEGORIESAssistance shall be available to meet expenses or serious needs by providing essential items or services in the following categories:
1 Structural repairs. With respect to primary residences (including mobile homes) which are owner-occupied at the time of the disasters grants may be authorized to . A repair, replace, or rebuild;C clean or make sanitary;D remove debris from such residences; and/orE provide or take minimum protective measures required to protect such residence against the immediate threat of damage.2 Personal Property, such as any of the following that are not considered nonessential, luxury or decorative items. Grants may be authorized to: A replace household items, furnishings or appliances; and/or B) repair, clean or sanitize any eligible personal property item.10- 144 C.M.R. ch. 325, § VI
